Default Think my IS light has broke :/

Hi all, absolutely gutted. Popped my head in the tent about 30 minutes ago, just to have a little look. As usual once I had checked the plants I checked the lights, making sure everything’s still secure and cool. When I looked at the actual diode side of the light, one strip and 2 individual ones weren’t lit up. I thought this might be down to the fact I’m running the light on half power, so I turned it up but only one of the dark diodes lit up

Is this a loose wire problem or has something happened to the lights? Nothing has hit the lights and last time I checked I’m sure they were all lit up

Any help is greatly appreciated as these lights are without a doubt the most expensive thing I’ve gotten and I have had them barely 9 months

    Here’s some pictures

Lol I just ordered an IS, hope you get that sorted mate, it does say about a 2 year guarantee and 3 year warranty on the boards I viewed so keep us updated if it's not too painful. You got a backup if you have to send it back?

I remember someone else having a similar issue (might have been G?) and they replaced it despite being a prize in one of the comps...

Should be more than happy to help if you drop them a message

Nope mate, it’s all cold to touch... which is why I wasnt sure what the problem might be. I’ve turned it all off but I’ve got to go back to my HPS and enjoy the lovely electric bill lol

Bloody good lights mate, this is the only problem I’ve had with em... only used em for one grow but I definitely made my money back on the electricity use.
I’m gonna have to switch back to a 250w hps and take the cost hit for a week or so
