    Default Ph - coco coir

I have been having ongoing issues with calcium deficiency through my latest grow..

When I first posted about the problem I was advised to check my Ph.
    So I did...
Found out my tap water was pretty high in ph but after adding nutes, my ph dropped to a nice
Since then I have constantly kept a check on my ph but still battling calcium deficiency.
So I decided the check the ph of the coco itself... to my surprise it measured at a low 5.2
In guessing ph is still my problem...

So how can I raise the ph in my coco as I'm 99% sure this is the problem..
All I can think to do is flush flush flush ... and feed at higher ph?

Do you know the Ec of the water from the tap?

When was the last time you calibrated the ph pen?

Unfortunately I do not have an EC meter... will be getting one as soon as budgets allow...
As for ph meter, I checked calibration only a day ago....
