    Default Problem with the munchies

    Sup talker.

So I'm looking for a bit of advise about the munchies. Problem is I'm greedy as feck. After after a smoke or two I inevitably in the kitchen powering through junk food. I've been constantly waking up rough because I've over eaten.

So what's everyone do to fight the munchies? Best advice I have at the minute is keep any crap out of the kitchen but hopefully my fellow talkers have some better suggestions.

    Cheers, UpT0wn

UpTown, what strains are you smoking/taking?

I have no methods against the munchies. Perhaps some apple cider vinegar? A tea spoon of that in a glass of chilled water does take the edge off of the *urge* somewhat. It's not a "cure" though, as in, getting rid of the munchies.

Isn't it all to do with a drop in blood sugar or is that made up? Maybe there's some way to combat that.

Take the fridge and freezer and run a 100mtr extension cable to the very end plug in fridge freezer and next time you have the munchies you'll either think twice or have 200 mtr round trip

What I *try* to do is purchase healthy snacks UpT0wn and things that will fill me up, maybe even cook up some pasta or rice etc and prepare it and can be stored in fridge ready to warm up when needed

Those rice cakes are pretty good too.
