    Default Opinions please...

Hey peeps! I’m getting quite a few leaves looking like this popping up around the middle and top of one of my plants..

I’ve been treating it for cal-mag, cos that’s what I thought it is but it’s hasn’t stopped happening, even up to 1.5ml/L of canna mono. (Maybe I’ve over cooked it?)

Plant is Dinafem Blue Amnesia XXL auto, in coco in an auto pot.

Nutes are A.N. Jungle juice grow, bloom and micro. Like I said before I’ve been adding cal-mag and also a dash of PK13-14 in the last week in case of a P Def which can look similar..

I DON’T OWN AN EC TESTER!

The plant is massive and growing really well apart from these leaves..

She’s a beauty and I’d hate to see her not hit the target!

So.. I’ve tried adding more stuff.. maybe I should flush the pot and try a bit less?

    What ya reckon?

    Thanks in advance,

    Vlad.

What are you're temps like as it looks like a few are suffering from heat stress the way they are curling up

Hey AND! Cheers for the reply.

Temps are around 25°C. Give or take a bit at lights on/off.. the top is very close to the bulb but there’s a fan clipped on the reflector blowing the heat away, so if you hold your hand at plant level it’s no warmer than a sunny day outdoors.

Some of the affected leaves are well away from the light too...

I’m wondering if it’s just nute burn, but none of the tips are singed at all.

Bit of a head scratcher tbh!

Heat or wind burn from that fan mate...I wouldnt say nutes as the pistils are unaffected, although the leaves are dark green, and as you say tips unaffected too

PK can cause that . Throws the ph way outta wack . Most likely a ph issue like blue said .

Hey Blue. Yep, that’s what it does.

I tested the pH in the res and in the tray tonight tho and they’re both a happy 6.1.

    Hmm...

    Hey Trex!

Maybe I’ve gone in a bit early with the switcheroo to bloom pH? She was on 5.9 last week.. not a massive difference tho... I mixed the res two days ago at pH 6.0 and it’s only risen to 6.1

I’ll check the pH uptake charts tomorrow..

    Thanks for the help guys..

Gotta sleep now, early start tomorrow.

    Redz
All depends if theres mg in base water . It reacts and may release the mg ions or if theres ca it binds them together and creatin a lockout in the water itself .

I use remo nutes and they designed their nutes to use with their calmag at every feed . Otherwise my plants go straight to deficiency redz . I dont use full strenght 1/4 for photoperiods and 1/2 str for autos . Sometimes i gotta go full once in a while though .
