Just so people know..if the male selected is very good iv know them to totaly dominate the cross..but you never know wat traits are going to be passed on by a male or female..it has to be tested...so the coment that females tend to dominate the cross is not true..unless they wer crossed with a non dominating male.

So apparently I do have seeds. In all of my bud.
    Big fuck up.
The tangilope and the lemon haze are quite bad, I've had a good poke though and I prob have 3 Oz of seeded tangilope and 2 Oz seeded lh. The cheese has a few seeds.
So much for my carefulness, I guess I wasn't at all.

Still.... I got my wish, plenty of seeds

The best thing is the PLENTY of seeds.

Hopefully this applies to your grow, when I had my "pollen-gate", the seeded buds were still quite potent. Made oil with the seeded buds and it turned out okay for us.

So it wasn't a complete disaster. Barely a disaster at all. I imagined I'd be left with weed that didn't work, I've got my wish. Lots of wonderful weed and lots of wonderful seeds. The weed hasn't been affected in its effect on me at all, still works wonderfully. I have harvested 24 oz in total and have maybe 7 grams of seeds. Click image for larger version.

Yeah I'm over the moon mate. The branches that I deliberately pollenated had only a couple of seeds in each, ironically.

Sounds like it all came together in the end Prime mate
I’d love to give this a go but I really need to master how to grow a plant first 24oz of bud and 7gs of seeds, sounds like a whopper haul that

    Thanks mate
Yeah I'm mega happy. I have seeds to play with now.
I have an experiment to try which will no doubt use a few seeds.

I am growing in soil and reusing the old soil, so it's in my grow room in a large garden bag. Opened it the other day and there was a seedling in it, it had been growing in the barely damp soil, without light. The taproot was 4 inches long and about 3 mm thick, just there growing in the dark.
My experiment will be to try and replicate it, to plant a seed in barely moist soil, keep in the dark and also place a barrier on top to prevent it from breaking the surface, to try and see if I can deliberately produce such a large taproot prior to turning the lights on and uncovering the seedling.

    Watch this space

This is true, all comes down to dominant and recessive traits. If females dominated then breeding would be easy unfortunately it is much more complicated.

To prevent unwanted pollination of extra branches you should put a large brown paper bag (unwaxed) over the freshly pollinated branch and staple the bottom to create a shield thos will stop it from escaping. Keep it on for 5-7 days, then you can remove it without fear of pollinating other branches.

Bit late for the op but may help any future researchers.

I think the pollen was airborne when I was attempting the pollination using the brush Patrice, it certainly seems that way. Thanks for the tip though, next time I will do that
