Before this I was using real growers recharge (the two are pretty damn similar) and the maker of that says give a once a week treat, so that's what I've been doing. I use it all the way through veg until last 2 weeks of flower. It's quite economical 5g per gallon. My 8 plants take about 20 litres, so I put in 4 big tea spoons.
Side note, the owner sent a hand written message saying to share on Facebook, as I can't really do that for obvious reasons, here will be better. As I've said before if you're UK, hit the website direct, Amazon and eBay are much dearer
