Off the top of my head you could cut the holes then stick pieces of duct tape round the edge where you've cut essentially stopping the threading coming away and fucking the hole, duct tape has a million uses, just make sure it'll actually stick to the tent well enough first, and use a stanley. Then just cover it with reflective sheet if you want the other holes used instead. As long as you're careful with the hole til the duct tapes on I can't see what the problem would be. Depends how desperate you are to use different holes. Where there's a will there's a way an all that.

Theres secret jardins on the market that come with a little kit to cut your own holes in the tent.
Might be called dark streets....a canny mind?

But Im sure its got these in it. A flange n coupler. Screw them together on either side of tent. Then cut your hole. Will give it a better finnish.

This tent only came with A 6" hole on the top, I needed A 9" hole, so just cut it out to fit my 9" fan. I have had this tent up and down twice in the last two years, and never tape it or nothing, and it is still all there.

Ohhh damn . Very unsual i dont have a fix for things but sewing and fabrics im not good with
    .

Maybe make 2 sheetmetal flanges . Bolt on both sides after cutting a nice clean hole and work your duct through that .

    Another one

Cut hole 30mm smaller than you need then cut out towards that 30mm line from the hole at 1/16th intervals (like a clock) then use iron on hemming tape to seal (or gaffer/duct tape, lol)

I've added a couple holes in my tent. Used flanges as described above. Also used my drill and some mdf and using two different sized holesaw bits, cut rings out and wrapped them in electric tape and used them. Wrapped a sock around it as I fixed it in place so act as a light barrier

I have cut holes in tents. I just line the hole with gaffa tape. Wouldn't do it to a flower tent but a tent just for vegin it's OK.
