Question about my extraction setup

I mean it's not ideal and I don't know for sure how it would pan out but if you have no choice, I guess it's worth a punt..as long as you're venting out of the room a lot more than it's being pumped into the room.

If the door was shut and I had the ducting running though a hole in the door would that help as I have an "old" door with a hole in it already

It would...but my worry would be that the pull of air from your intake would just slowly pull it back into the room..but maybe it will be mixed enough with the air from the other room it would be fine, but I can't really say for sure, unfortunately.

I've grown with the air circulating just in the room and yeh it's not ideal but you can still pull off a sick grow.

One problem though... be ready for heavy condensation on windows.

Your also failing to mention any information on your grow like what lights you will be using.
Growing 250w hps will be a lot different than 600w hps in terms of heat and then condensation.

yeh, blowing out a window would be ideal though.
