Help with dutchpro grow chart for dwc

Hello all,

I have some experience growing dwc and decided to try a new nutrient system out but I'm struggling with there grow chart please help me.

This grow chart they have put up says that you only veg for 2 weeks then the rest is flowering ? Is this correct? I'm normally use to soil grows and I veg for 1 month normally ? My plants don't seem very big at all and I should be flowering already just seems bizarre can someone shed some light on this for me .
Also wasn't sure on the amount for ec levels seemed really high ? I'm using Ro water

A grow chart is no more than a suggestion... even the chart says it is no more than a guide
