    Default Fan blade repair

I have a 100mm extraction running at the moment ruck 100L, but it's not enough.
My 150 mm ruck is damaged from when it sucked something it shouldn't have done up ( ooh er missus) and one of the blades is chipped causing a wobble, or more like a high speed vibration. Do you have any suggestions on what I can use to fix it? A fibre glass repair kit for example? Or maybe shaping epoxy resin?
    Plz help

You've answered your own question fibreglass is the only way really as resin would have nothing to hold onto...however the weight of that blade must be around the same as its neighbours so apply sparingly with a roller of some sort to avoid bubbles if you can...failing that contact RVK customer service and tell them you need a new blade

Patch it up with fiber resin . Then bring her to a machine shop for balancing becuse it will still wobble and vibrate unless perfectly done tbh

Buy a new one. I know it sounds a good idea to fix it but it will end up more time consuming & more expensive than replacing it.... and that is assuming you get the fans balanced again....

Fixing it was a no go, far too much fuckery with the fibreglass kit I bought. I've put it up anyway, the vibration isn't noticeable outside of the groom, but I'll buy a new one when funds allow. It's now brought leaf temps down to 25-26c with the two 600s on. Speaking of which I still need to do a post about my new loft growroom. Thanks all
