    This is a problem with many meters Anything between a couple of hours to a couple of month My Essentials meter only really needs doing once a grow (it only floats 0.1/0.2 off calibration) but others have to do theirs a lot more often... there seems to be no standardisation

    Ive been using it side by side with my new milwaukee . Holds up about 2 weeks . Or maybe yours was just fucked from the get go eh

    I think part of it is old stock vs new stock. Many items that were made well are no longer made like they were. This was my HM experience. Packaging and cap changed. New meters were crap.

    is Milwaukee better than the bluelab one???
    M_c was right it does have a screw to adjust.

    I only put it in the water to see what reading I got to compare to when I bought it and it was .1 difference.

    I would rather not skimp and have the right stuff.

    I got it when I bought a bluelab truncheon so assumed it would be a good one

    I prefer them with manual calibration tbh .

    But milwaukee are more affordable on our side of the pond . Bluelab are expensive here
