I thought that myself mate. Look it up. Seasonal affective disorder. Some people get it real bad and would probably be better hibernating.

Maybe check out some mindfulness as well mate. Headspace gets a job from me but there's loads to choose from.

Exercise should help you too mate but it's easier said than done if your energy is zapped
