I would give them at least a litre every day at the stage your at....Your looking to increase the saturation of the coco so the roots have something to grow into, they wont grow into dry coco....Also with daily water/feedings your replenishing the all important oxygen...

Yes, and that's why it's important that you measure the feed strength....With coco we usually start off a couple of points above the background Ec...So say for example my background Ec is 0.5, I would start seedlings at an Ec of 0.8 and increase this as the plants get bigger and the demand for food increases...

    Default Magnesium deficiency?

I have no idea about EC I’m afraid.

I have just found this in the box of bits I bought as a job lot with the rhino.

If I stick this is the water I’d use before anything added says 450ppm ?

You will want to calibrate that before use .

    450ppm seems high thats .9 e.c for a .5scale meter
Find out if its a .7 or a .5 ppm meter . Big difference .

    I would go 350ppm of on a .5 meter . That would give a .7 feed

So go .7 above your base water .
But useless if you cant ph your water

Glad budlithyear picked up on what i saw. Yes coco needs a ph of 5.8 and a ec of no more than 0.2 - .4 over base.

I grew strawberry cough and she was very sensitive to nutes until she flowered, so go easy on the nutes with her for sure.

Again GSC is not into nutes (is it auto)?

You're in good hands now lad, just listen to what the boys are saying and you will have lush plants

Does the temperature of the water affect the ec ? I just did a sample check again this time the water wasn’t as warm as and reading was 386. Check again after tap had been running a bit so water was warm was reading 420 funny enough..

    Hi thanks for the input.
