temprature with air cooled light

fitted air cooled light today as in my post about pushing the air or pulling it

have put it on for 30min checked it 15min temp was 28c checked it 14 min later was 32c
am going to set the timer to come on for 15min every hour.
also got 2 leds running in there so cant see any problems.


anyone any suggestions

gonna change fan setup tomorrow just to see.

unplugged for tonight one more attempt then hps goes out the window
if changing the fan and filter to the light don't fix it.

its out of there
went in for 15 min when light came on temp went to 32c
so just cant get any consistency.
its pulling air in from outside its cool air

gonna put another hole in the wall tomorrow air fed light is having its own intake and outlet direct to outside.

then filter and fan on their own
inlet fan on its own

put the hole in yesterday connected as follows got the temp down to 29c light on now and 23c lights off
but I am also limited on holes into tent and sizes.
I got 2x 5"akv fans in there.

this is my setup now
outside/fan/duct/light/duct/outside

exhaust is 5" fan with filter

I am thinking of connecting the exhaust duct into the duct going outside with a y piece.
I think that might give put the heat a bit better as I have had to reduce the 5" duck from the extractor to 4" and its a few metres long.
I can do this easy as they are right next to each other.

its the only way I can use the hps in there or it will have to come out

then I got a 4" rkv fan that I can connect from outside with diffuser on it and mount at the top of tent witch will bring nice cold air in
