    Default Training plants

Hi been growing a while now and was thinking about training my next Bach. What are the advantages off training and does it take more time? Any advice on training would be great.

    Beefheart's back.

If you keep the stress down and just bend the top down so she grows flat rather than straight up, you'll definitely see the benefits. Then, just pull the flowering tops down and away from each other (an equal distance apart) with soft rubber-coated wire attached to the pot and job's a good un.
