Am I being excessive?

Okay guys, first grow, one of my plants is 31 days into flower, 8 litre pot, good root system (clear pot) under 600hps, 4inch outtake, 3x7x7 foot room, temps peak at 32 (ouch) can't fit intake, humidity sits at 45, she's being fed 3 litres made up of 2ml canna A and B and 1.2 pk13/14 every other day with 600 ml run of, my E.C pen claims this is 2.0 with background of 0.4, PH is 5.9 to 6
She's not showing any signs of burn but still looks slightly hungry (I think is previous starvation damage) as all ye bud sites are nicer and green, wanting to know if all of this is okay? She's got a bit of tacco leaf (maybe 20%) of leaves, she's still not growing any top colas bit all of my lower budding sites are filling out nicely, will post pic in a min, also highered the light to around 20" as I thought this was the problem as it was only at 12" any suggestions why she's still not growing big Top colas?

Hard to tell mate with lights on. Turn them off and get a better closeup. What you in? Soil or coco? A n b I'm guessing coco.

You need to keep your pictures 2m or under, 8L pots are kind of small.

Is that 2ml per litre of a and b or per 3 litres? 2ec seems pretty high. I've not seen any of my plants need over 1.3ec

I use a 2litre jug in this goes 4ml canna A and 4ml B then 2ml PK 13/14

I rarely use that much personally. I'm nearing chop and the highest I went on EC was 1.4.

No idea why the top colas haven't fattened up compared to the lower ones. I thought it's usually the opposite way around.

Also... and I could be wrong, I was always told to add stuff like pk, silicone, cal mag and rhizotonic 1st, then after a good shake, do the a and b, and finally, after another shake, work on getting the ph right. Cant remember why but I was told the order is important
