I just found this article about snipping tbe tips of the buds

I just did a second round of snipping the tippy tops off. The plant is a healthy as can be and in just one week you can see the rounding of the ends of the buds. I will be backbuilding every grow from now on. Simply put, it works very well, especially on the OG Kush 18, and it recovered in just a few days. I just started the PK spike, so a little more than 2 weeks to see the results.

This simulates a bird landing on the bud and pecking insects off, you can do a similar thing by lightly tapping the top of the bud with a pencil apparently it makes the bud develop bigger and stronger.

Taking a tiny bit off seems a bit faster then having a spanking session with all the buds on a plant, still quite awesome information though

Curious if anybody tried this yet, if so, what were the results? What week did you snip them at? Just a few colas? The entire plant?
