Default Decent compost for mother plants

Anyone know a decent compost for mother plants. I want something I can buy off the shelf and just use plain tap water for at least a short while then some simple nutrients to feed.

Tried Verve and wasn't impressed it was full of all sorts of fly's and insects.

I have never grown in compost so a nutrient recommendation would also be appreciated if I can't feed them my General Hydroponics 3 part.
TO GROW A PLANT YOU NEED TO THINK LIKE A PLANT

In the US finding good soil is difficult. Many times even the high end / expensive cannabis specific soils are coming with pests. Even if it was produced properly it can pickup pests while waiting to be sold. I am very tempted and motivated to build my own soil just so it can be pest free but it takes space I dont really have.

Currently I am using the semi organic miracle grow soil from a big box store. First few batches were great. Current batch had mites and gnats.

I don't have any trouble finding great soil, and when I get mine I spry it down with neem oil, and wait about A week, stir it up, and plant my plants. Then I spry the top layer of my soil with seedlend in it, and I don't have any Bugs. You get rid of the bugs before you put it in your tent. lol

I don't know what it is with you northern people and your bugs. I have tons of bugs here in Florida, but I don't have them in my soil or tent. Mix 50/50 and perlite, with this Florida sand with some organic's, and you got good soil.
