    Yeah, what I had considered as well.

    I think electrically assisted watering should be ruled out, but some kind of siphoning or drip system to water should be allowed, especially if we start in the Summer. Perhaps a restriction on the resvoir size, so no leaky taps LOL! But I don't have a problem with clever engineering for this. M_C, what do you think?

    1 gallon bucket feeding a dripper still requires daily attention. I could definitely handle that.

    If we can do automatic dripping I'm willing to bet my soil will have a big calcium carbonate crust on the top at the end of the grown just from the calcium in the water here

    I think I'd join you on that from Cg mate lol...we'd build up a few rocks in there I reckon lol
