From what I'm seeing it could be over feeding but lights off pics would be better....
Actually, that said, aren't they hydro nutes? If so, why is your PH so high?

what the temp ? lower than 28c ? if it is up it to 28/29c and get some mg and add a touch to each feed u wont see that happening then , when using blurple lights you dont see this starting ,
ive used ph perfect an nutes and found them terrible with my tap water with is hard the ph was always to high , i gave the nutes away
Yes all bluprle can this cause issues?
GEORGE (12-12-19)
I use blurple and have had similar issues. Tend to be worse on indicas for me.
My seedlings were just under a normal desk lamp under a normal warm white 13w LED bulb. No problems. FOUR DAYS into the tent under a blurple LED, and the blotches came up.
If the plant pulls through, they tend to grow out of it. But they do go through a stage where the leaves curl underneath itself and what looks like low N etc. They do tend to sort themselves out, but for me, sativa doms do better because of longer internodal length.
Just my two cents.
