No chemicals in soil buddy mate
    Stick with organic feeds!
They look like under fed under waterd
    Or needing a flush through
Which I’d say a flush through
Was needed.give them a good 15 litres of water each
Straight out the tap then full feed for 3 waters of wotever
Your using then use 3 qtrs of feed after that.
Seems you’ve overfeed with out enough run off
    Early on an into flower.

    Good man !
Lessons learnt I hope for the next one!
    Stick to wot you know!
Plenty of run off as soon as they flower.
Keep em nice an green in veg an soon as you get fluffy
Tops give em a big watering to flush em through.
Then a cuple of heavy feeds then back to the sweet spot
    Till the end.

Just feed from the top Buddy . Mix your usual feed rates and use your auto pots as a drip tray i guess . I dont have any experience with them and cant guide you .
It keep the soil way too wet constantly and blocking your system up with organic nutes then keeping the soil too dry in turn ...

I been out too an for the foreseeable
In veg I found run off not to be too much of a prob as I was
Quick vegging,1 week after pot up.
But as long as they are nice an green but not too much so,
Then a good flush through mid flower and as above will see them good.
Or before if signs of lockout occur
