Just bought some oranges for mulled cider so I'll bang some in, got some stalk but not the main stem, throw big leaves and stalks in a cup with a Yorkshire tea bag, doesn't get you stoned but tastes bloody lovely.

I've got some 62% boveda in the jars already so I must have took it well beyond I think I was too worried about putting it in damp and it going mouldy

I've over dried before and as said a wee piece of fresh orange peel will do the job i used a grape just prick a grape a couple of times with a cocktail stick and drop it in the jar and keep shaking the jar up every now and again works well, i don't like using bovi' bags personally, good luck bro' G'.

Put some orange peel in and straight away went to 62, one jar went to 70 so halved the amount I'd put in. Cheers for that one worked a treat

Is there room for 2 of those humidity meters in your jars?

Just thought if they come off the factory not quite calibrated, might be worth sticking a couple/few in and use the average.
