I know pax 3 is a reliable vaporiser to go for but too pricey for this time of year. Anybody have any recommendations for decent models under 100? I had a black widow, nothin special at all.

It's a decent price too, I think you can pick it up for roughly £60-70.

Maybe worth it to keep saving up a bit more? Or at least try to find a way to test out a prospect before spending money on it to make sure it will be worth the money you are spending, cheap can become expensive if you end up barely using it because you don't love it.
You can get a 'basic' version of the PAX 3, still a smidge over £100 though - It comes without the extras such as the half oven lid & the extractables chamber... but these can always be bought later as individual items

I was recommended the Black Mamba which has been available on Amazon for just under 30-odd pounds when I checked. My concern is with the battery. I have little faith in something that costs that little, when the mainstream vapes are 3x to 10x the money.
Rechargeable batteries on cheap devides have been known to blow up: those hover boards, those wireless ear phone plugs, phone batteries, electric drill batteries...
Correlation does not equal causation, HOWEVER. Does anyone want to take that risk?

It is a minefield out there when it comes to vapes. Ive tried quite a few over the years. It really depends on how 'serious' you're going to be when vaping weed. For me,the cheap ones just dont cut it.Dont get me wrong, im very fkn far from being financially comfortable but luck came to me twice and I was able to afford/justify spending some money on a decent vaper. I had a Pax 2,(which I think are just over a £100 now,) I think it pretty much does what the Pax 3 does but is not programmable by a smart phone. It was a decent vape and i still use it when out and about for a cheeky hit. But the real eye opener for me is when I was able to get a Mighty...It's not a 'look at me,I have a mighty!' kinda thing, they really are that good and far exceed any other vape Ive tried. But if you're just getting into vaping weed because you're curious,it is hard to justify spending that amount of money on something that could end up in the draw a couple of weeks down the line.
Will be a big challenge to stick to vaping then, I have a Arizer Air 2 but recently I have been smoking a joint at night instead of vaping even though I like the taste of vaping so much more the effect just isn't the same. I roll joints with tobacco and other than that don't smoke at all so perhaps that one evening joint has slipped me into a nicotine addiction again?I just ran out of tobacco so will jump on the vaping again and see if I can stick to it this time.
Definitely not something you want to blow up in your face/throat. But then again Samsung also had batteries explode so it's something that can also happen with expensive brands.
Vapes are slightly different then the other items mentioned, short of hooking a hoover up to them I doubt it's easy to overwork them. But then again how that can happen with wireless earphones is beyond me as well
I have a boundless cfv v2. It's the 2019 model and it's brilliant. I would recommend it all day long. Normal price is circa £120 but you can get it for under £100. I got mine from puff puff palace. If you email them and ask for a discount they will send you a code as well. I have an arizer extreme q as a desktop vape too. Would have loved to have got an arizer go but maybe later.
