    Default Double up on boards

Evenin all, I've got an IS ish150 pro, was thinking about getting another board so it doubled up, does it work like that? Or would I need a whole new kit with another driver? I've seen them connected by a wire or 2 then hung in a line. The driver is Meanwell C2100A Driver, board pulls 140 actual watts.

The ELG 150 doesnt have the necessary vdc output for 2 boards buddy. Youd want to run a HLG 240 2100A or similar or get another 150 driver for the extra board. Is that separately earthed at all as the elg drivers dont normally come with earth wiring?

Cheers man, was just an idea, may be too much to getting a 2nd light anyway, but its got a blue wire goin in one side of the board then a brown one which I understand means live? goin to the opposite side, they then go bk to wagos I think they are, one for each colour then go bk in to the driver.

I dont supply elg drivers unless with box dimmer as they need to be separately earthed to the chasis to be properly safe. Box dimmer assembly allows for this. I'd recommend earthing it buddy. Or getting a hlg 240 2100a driver and another board and sink.

At least it has earth input not all elg drivers do and is only 54vdc out but itd be better to separately earth the heatsink or mount the driver to it for safety.

Dont those ELG run 5% less efficient than HLG drivers too?
