Gallon is over 5l, not by much 5 & half if i mind right...
"Also, you're watering 2 out of 3 days? How much?"say day 1 is monday. monday 8ml of bloom into 2l of water to do the 4 plants, day 2(tuesday) 2/2,5l, day 3(wedensday) nothing, repeat so thursday 8ml of bloom into 2l of water etc.
Surely that means you're watering when the pot isn't dryish? Can't you take a more flexible approach and water when needed rather than to a schedule? Just a thought.

great advice only water when needed (a light pot, let them dry out and get to know the feel ) if u over water and keep them wet, the roots, they dont get oxygen and they drown if i like , the act of letting them dry right out draws oxygen down to the roots, soggy bottoms lead to root rot and dead plants

u dont need loads of run off with organic nutes like those , keep you girls on the just damp side and they will love u for it

It was quickly identified as a watering issue but which way is impossible to tell from the pics.

In a smallish pot like that, M_C is probably closer to the truth with under watering but to my mind, that seems like a lot of water going in.
