Put it in the oven on a piece of partchment paper, spread it out even, then cook in oven at 115C or 240F for 45 minutes, then take out of oven and run it over some 150 micron stainless steal screen, until you get all the keif out, then you can melt your butter and put the keif into that, and make your cookies, or what ever you want to make. It saves on the butter as well because you only melt the butter that way, where as you cook a lot of butter out doing it the other way. JMO
