Verve sowing and cutting or Verve John innes seed sowing compost....I start seeds or rooted clones in compost, 1/2 litre pots then straight into coco once they are rooted out, you can of course start them in coco but with the compost it saves pissing around pH & Ec for small amounts of feed solution when the plants are young...Works really well I find...

As bud says bro the cutting compost is probably your safest option I’d have just banged mine straight into canna terra pro last few times problem free as I was to lazy to go to the shop problem free but it could be too hot for some strains

    Up the irons

I make a light seed starter mix from peat moss, Perlite and earthworm castings. Peat moss is acidic though and you have to soak it in RO water and then squeeze all the water out if it and let it dry up. Then equal parts peat and Perlite. I then add worm castings, how much ewc depends on how old the seedlings will be. I use this to clone in as well so that would be very light castings. Seedling would be a bit heavier ewc and then adults get into living soil. I add imo4 (knf) to seedling mix as well.
