    Default Convection heater

Hi growing in a 4m x 6m x 2m room and it gets cold when the lights are off, do convection heaters increase humidity? ive tried using oil heaters but they wont work the room is a garage converted into a living area. cant turn down exhaust fans as the smell gets out so just wondering if these will work but if they increase humidity i dont want to use them

    thanks

You only need to keep the roots warm (frost free) if in soil try a heat mat designed for greenhouse use, which you can get from any large garden centre and are cheap to run.

if hydro then maybe a fishtank heater in your water is the way to go. just get one that can be run at lower temps or put it on its own timer to just run when needed and something like 15mins on then 15 or 30 mins off during lights off.

Please note that unless your temps are properly frosty then you can do more harm than good with a heater. cold unless freezing will normally just slow growth but too much heat can cause root rot, mould, stretch yadda yadda… Good luck.
