The NHS won't prescribe medical cannabis that the government say is legal...
The police prosecute anyone who tries to grow their own medical cannabis...
...meanwhile, waiting in the wings is British Sugar with their heavily processed medical cannabis, just waiting for the brown manilla envelopes to start flowing...
I think the word I am looking for is cartel

I'm definitely not trying to be obtuse here, but there are parallels to consider.
Valium is legal on the NHS ("the government says" bit)
Should you try to manufacture Valium, it's illegal (the police will prosecute, etc)
It's made by, I think, Roche, exclusively, and always has been. (Big up to the Pharma)
S'fairly common for nice drugs to be available along these lines.
So, as it goes, I thoroughly agree.

Women know your limits ( fast show )
I'm torn now weather it was fast show or Harry Enfield lol think it was Harry
Another parallel to consider...
The government say that valium is legal, the NHS refuse to prescribe it.
You make your own & the police prosecute...
How can it be fair that the police prosecute when the government say it is legal but the NHS refuse to prescribe it?
I totally understand that growing your own weed is against the law but one needs to balance the governments wishes against the bully boy tactics of the NHS & the police - something isn't right & everyone can see it
