So you've got about a 3X3 Ft area, 9 sq, ft. you need about 40-50 watts per sq foot, that is actual power draw, not advertised wattage. So a LED that draws 350-450 watts will do the trick. I run 2 2000 watt LED's in a 5x5x7 foot area, actual power draw is 390 watts/unit. I am planning on adding one more unit. You would need something that draws about 360-450 watts. Note that you are not going to get a plant to 200 cm height in flower (at least not good, tight buds), the lights don't have that much penetration.

Did you add ir and uv to the panel?
    Does it matter?

The lights I have are full spectrum (Bestva 2000 watt), the lights have vegging and flowering modes, though I leave both on all the time.

Watt per sq foot depends on efficacy.

    Efficacy depends on budget

How much do you have to spend?
