    Oh no..that's what you would do in soil, but you're growing in coco, and in coco you need to be watering them every day!..this is essentially hydroponics, and to be honest I'm surprised your girls are not looking a lot worse considering you haven't been using EC/PH pens recently and you've only been watering them when you feel the pots are dry..

    I can't emphasise this enough.. coco needs watering daily..and enough for a minimum 20% runoff each plant as I explained above.

    I fed one of them yesterday but today it will still be as heavy so if i do feed again today its basically flushing out yesterdays feed

    In coco you add feed to the plants water every day, so it's not an issue at all, but it's very important that you water/feed your plants daily.

    So iv given one of the amnesia haze's a flush the ec reads 0.3 and ph at 6.2 iv also uploaded some recent pics

    This looks like a nitrogen and magnesium deficiency. This can be from lack of nutes(nope) or as ice said PH. You need to mix your feed and then adjust the PH of the feed to 6.0-6.2.

    Can you Google a water report based on your location and post the results with location blocked out?

    Ill check the ec and ph of feed before i feed them and also i know that the tap water in my area reads to a ph of 7.4 and an ec of 0.4
