Default germination temp question, also do i need lights on 2 germ seeds?

hi guys, about to start germin some seeds, money is super tight this next 2 months, was wondering wether i can germ these nl#5 haze, without putting on my 600w hps metal halide for vegging straight away. seems like a waste of electricity 2 have it on for the initial germination, but this has caused me concern about the temperature fall in the night, and the sucess of germination. whats do you think? also is there a sweet spot if im germing seeds like this for when to start my 18hr veg light cycle? thanks in advance

you could use cfl in veg period for instance as it will cost way less..
offcourse it will take longer for the plant to grow big but its cheaper in the end, also something like tneon would do

you can run the lights at night and rest at daytime... but i dont know what else you can do to get more heat if you are not in the position to spent money (small heater or a heat mat would make a big difference)

28 Degrees C seems to be the sweet spot.

What other heat source you got? Sky box? Computer? So long as there are no spillages LOL.
