Sorry man I’m confused as hell so would my best option be looking on viviled or HLG as I think the HLG place I looked at is based in the US which wouldn’t work for me as having to give money to a friend to put into a bank an not wanting to wait ages for postage ect sorry if I am repeating anything I don’t want to make any mistakes lool

VividLED are authorised resellers & are UK based... but, as to LED lighting itself, you know about as much as I do (I'm an HPS fan LOL)

Right ok I think that would be my best bet then and if I get the £150 one shown above could I expect good results from 3 plants and two 300w cfl chucked in aswell

I know man it’s the electric though it was using £5 a day on 660w HPs with like 4 fans ect so I’m thinking maybe even using the digital ballast kit I have an just putting it on 400w with the two cfl cos I think I’ll still yield decent off three plants

Vivid is clearly in a better position to answer the question than me, but I think you'd struggle growing 3 plants under that option as you won't have the ability to cover the floor space efficiently.

It'll be awesome to veg but you won't get the light down evenly over 3 plants in bloom. JMO.

Two of them, no problem, but then you'd be better orf with their 260w QB with red spectrum.

Yes, it's more money and I do appreciate that that is the issue, but genuinely, if you have the right HLG for your space, they are a superb one-off purchase. Great yields, cheap to run, 50,000 hours+. Genuine Samsung highest bin diodes.

I do not work for them.

Hahaha I know spending a couple hundred on a proper board set up to cover floor space is what I need for long run ect but it’s having that much in one lump to spend if you no what I mean, I think time being my best option rather than spending £100 on a half ass job I’ll have to just stick with my HPS and CFL just running it at 400w rather than the full 660w as as I mentioned I got around 16 dry oz off 660w HPs and 600w cfl off 8 plants which was crammed for light penetration

So I’m thinking for the time being only 3 plants in the same 11 litre pots just under 400w HPS and 600w cfl as a lot more space and room for light penetration

I don’t wanna seem to go in circles but I thought I’d get away with a semi cheap LED board but as I suspected I’m gonna have to invest a bit more if I want that better and needed equipment, I’ll have to make do with what I’ve got until I can afford to buy the QB boards but I’m deffo pulling more toward them for long term wise an when I use the tent again as having them will help all round control !!!

I fit 2 autos under 150w board in a small space and got 2 to 3 oz per plant easy so you should be fine with 3 plants mate

Nice one silk I think I’m gonna be pulled more to just use my hps on 400w temporary until I can afford the proper boards as I think long term wise I’d need 3-4 boards for my big tent and bigger set up like I’m just gonna do a mini set up for three an just try get the boards over the next few months then

And I know a chap that is regularly pulling over 1.5gpw with autos from hlg qbs I've asked him to join the group so he can share his results with everyone. Hopefully he'll be here shortly. And that's around 64 days seed to harvest....
