Question White spots on leaves help.

Hi, I am very new to growing. I wish to post this quickly and now to get the question started, but will continue to investigate the rest of this forum.

I have a 1x1x2 greenfingers tent with spectre 600w LED light 18hrs on, 6 off.

Strain is CBD shark shock, which I grew from seed.
Using coco nutrients and medium, as recomended by a friend whom i can no longer contact.

I DONT have proper ventilation yet (fans/extraction/filter) but will im the next 8 days. Currently it is upstairs (hottest part of house, in ensuite(small), but I open door every 2nd day so my aircon can reach it as much as possible without annoying me while i sleep (light)).
I Dont let it dry out completely and I feel I may over water it sometimes, as I have only just got around to researching proper growing now its not just a tiny seedling.

I have noticed an increase in whiteness and Im not sure if it is spreading on a few leaves, and want to find out what it is asap, as I want the best chance and learning experience, as I have forever been hopeless at anything plant/gardening related.

I used 10ml A+B to 5L water for 2 weeks, now on 20ml A+B. Seed was planted about 3 weeks ago.

I have checked to see if it is mould due to the rain and heat where I am which would have made sense, but it does not rub away like it is described to online... seems to be the actual colour of the plant, which my last guess from quick research is a lack of manganese.

Does anyone have any input or suggestions? I feel I need to get ontop of this in the next 2 weeks the way it looks/progressed to have a chance if its anything serious.

Highly appreciated and now Ive found a good forum, will do more research as I am meant to receive 2 clones (thc) also.

    Many thanks

Any chance of a lights off photos with flash?

Has it been splashed with water/nutes?

I would guess too much feed at the strengths you are using. Especially for such a young plant. Do you have an EC and pH pen? You need these if growing in coco. Otherwise you will be flying blind. As you get better you will not need an EC pen..... but for now ... mandatory.

I would keep lights on 24-7. Is it an auto?

With regards watering, once a day minimum, twice is better to 20% runoff. It is nigh on impossible to overwater in coco.... but you can over feed with too high strength nutes.

You will learn loads at the Talk bro. There are some very talented gardeners on here using all types of medium.

I actually have splashed it with nutrients a few times from above... i now spray nutwater around the base, and in the tray the pot sits ontop of for the roots underneath to reach.

The EP and PH pens are not far in the mail, i ordered them 3 weeks ago, just cheapies. I also have a manual PH test kit. What PH should my 5L be at ideally if i do a manual tomorrow?

Dont beleive its Auto I will double check the website I bought from tomorrow also and confirm this on my next reply.

I will dilute my mix (which i have only used 1/4 of the 5L in the 2-3 weeks @10mlAB/5L) with another 5L distilled just to be safe for now. This is great feedback. I assumed I underfed it.
20% run off i will look this up tomorrow, first ive heard this term.

    Many thanks!
P.s. i added one photo out of tent lights. I will try add one more befor bed now/or tomorrow to try get a better shot for you.

Are you saying that you are watering the saucer for the plant to suck up from the bottom? This is guaranteed to lead to problems. Watering to runoff means you water until 20-30% of what you pour in the top comes out the bottom. You then dispose of the wastewater that comes out the bottom. This helps wash away salt buildup caused by bottled nutes.

Splashing with nutes can lead to the white spots. Normally turns yellow shortly after. Nothing to worry about, just keep an eye on her :-)

I always keep my pH at 5.8. Others will vary the pH during the grow. I am lazy and prefer to keep it simple!

If I were to feed the plant 1 L then I would want 200ml in the saucer once finished watering. Always remove the water after feeding otherwise the roots will try and drink it up, which as said will lead to problems down the line.

Wait, id feed this one as much as 1L? (Until it drips into saucer)
Im litterally just giving it the smallest squirts every day to keep the soil dark... ???? (then a littlr in the saucer which sucks it up straight away) ??. Ill definitley look into watering amounts and routine more so im watering it right!. My mate just said keep it moist, and dont let it dry out haha.
But yeh, I really hope me spraying the leaves is the culprit. Ill be extra cautious now with that.

I will correct this as of tomorrow.
And do this every day you reckon?
Wow, i was wondering why my nutrients and water were lasting so long when the shop assistant said it would only last a few weeks.

The 1 L was just for example. Being smaller you will need much less. Also depends on the size of the container. You will get a feel for this as you go along.

Knowing the pot weight when full of feed and when light is a very useful indicator to the gardener. Again as you gain experience this will become second nature.
