    Default R spec vs 3000k leds

    Could anyone recommend one over the other ? I'll be looking to start off a few tomato and pepper plants as well as full grow cannabis.

    Hi I actually recommend a mixture of 3k and 4k or r and b spec for the very best balanced spectral output buddy.
