Apparently a street around the corner from me were without power yesterday due to someone by-passing the meter & shorting the whole street!
The paper doesn't tell the full story, it just mentions a consumer unit fire... doesn't mention the electric board having to do emergency repairs including digging up 1/2 the road!

Don't know why but I feel sorry for the owner of the car... He/she could be a right piece of work, but still.

Where it is, it's highly likely to be Eastern Europeans... they're not exactly renowned for health & safety!

I'm seeing more and more similar set ups in my area. No filter. Dodgy wiring. Crap plants. Must be working though, they wouldn't be doing it otherwise

Local Law here just finish A two year investigation on Drugs, mostly Drugs, but other crimes as well. They arrested 317 people, but didn't give any names are any other information except that. Some times, they just don't care if we see the whole thing. lol

I'd say they're a mixed bag, TBH just like any other culture. Granted some are way nuttier than others by a very wide margin.
Sad for those who have to put up with the rep that get lumped onto them because of someone else's bad experience.

With all due respect, I think they want us to see what they let us see.
It used to be a mainly Asian area but they've moved out... and left the area with the, 'very wide margin' immigrants! I don't say that they aren't great, friendly people, I just say that they're not the sharpest knives in the draw. I've often seen working practises down there that have surprised me that no deaths were involved!
