Also, they have to give you 24hrs notice. If he/she turns up out the blue, just tell them it's not convenient at this time.

I live in a rented house been here over 3 years now and never once had a visit or a check up from my landlord guess if you dont give them any reason to turn up then they wont, any landlord who told me there would be checks of the property every so often then i just wouldnt move into there property, luckily nothing has ever went wrong were i have needed mine to come out and if something was to ever break it would not be in my grow room so no excuse for him to go in there or to want to. I wouldnt worry to much about it have rented all my life and never once had a landlord check up on there property

I say in every new apt dont grow in yer first 3-4 months there... Get to know the neighbiors, landlord, household, electricity, plumbings etc... Only then grow

    Good luck

Hey this can be a tricky one usually in most cases they would tell you I like to check every so often if they don’t mention nothing check tenancy and be sure you read it over, generally you will be alright it also depends on many other circumstances for example setup and the house setup etc can you deter as others above have mentioned be careful and thoughtful when you setup

piss poor planning something something failure good luck and happy growing

If you use a single pot system that is transportable you can time it and move it temporarily to a wardrobe for the visit... I always have a few tomatoes and chilli's growing for that very reason

Just don't have them visit the week before harvest haha
