Growing in a rented house

Hi all in moving out in the next few months into a rented house and and I'm looking to take my grow room with me and start growing in said house. Only thing. I'm worried about is a visit from the landlord. Does anyone else grow in a rented property and how often does the landlord come round? Thanks panzer

Hi panzer, I do know a few members do but I should imagine this would be situational really..different landlords have different routines etc, if it was me I'd be speaking with the potential neighbours, obviously without making it look obvious lol, ask how the neighbourhood is, what the landlord is like, is he fair etc, then you can slip in how often he visits and what kind of notice he gives etc...good luck!

There are a few guys here that rent & grow, it seems that they tend to get a visit every 3-6 months

I rent and grow , never a problem if you have a big fooking mastiff
My landlords Indian, shell only come round if there’s a major problem & she don’t like dogs lol had the council round also /boiler people switch everything of and put him in there

i use a growdrobe too and i've had the gas guy here checking the boiler in the same room, i was shitting it myself before but i just switched the lights off and kept the oscillating fan and outake fan on, i just had my console hooked up to a telly in the same room and had it pretty loud and everything was sound, my outake fan is pretty loud though so i'll have to sort something out, good luck anyway m8

Iv got my landlord doing their checks on Monday so i will be setting my 3x3 tent on its side with the carbon filter an my quietest fan setup with my 8 girls in witch are 6 an a half weeks into flower lol going pile it up with loads of boxes an stuff cover it with some sheets get the painting gear out an make out we are decorating hopefully that will do the job
