    Fuck thats scary man .

I was sitting down on cold cement floor in my basement after my workout. transplanting the missus Aloe vera plant . I stood up ... felt like everything ripped out my spine and massive spasms or shocks down both legs .
Good thing there was a hockey stick hanging in the floor joices . Took me about an hr to get up my stairs and get 30ft to my couch .

Tuesday . I was takin a small walk with wife and dog . The dog jerked me a good bit being the jerk he can be sometimes .got a mass pain that shot down both legs . I bent down and felt like my spine was ripping out and all a sudden CLUCK i felt the vertebrae pop back in its place . Was painful like fuck ...but 2 minutes later all the pressure was off and felt healed instantly ... well almost . Now i just feel the tender nerves healing up .. but i still have 3-4 herniated discs in my lumbar that is painful but that ive learned to live with since 2007 . With exercise and takin care of myself the pain is tolerable if i dont be an idiot
