Was painful like fuck ...but 2 minutes later all the pressure was off and felt healed instantly ... well almost . Now i just feel the tender nerves healing up .. but i still have 3-4 herniated discs in my lumbar that is painful but that ive learned to live with since 2007 . With exercise and takin care of myself the pain is tolerable if i dont be an idiot
