Question Brown tips fungescide spray. Droopy leaves. Repotting?

Appologies in advanced for spelling. phone playing up.

So i am currently overseas for another week. And before i left the leaves turned yellow at
the deges after i took precautions to spray eco fungecide in case the white spots were mould
I assume the spray dripped tonedges and maybe i was meant to wipe it off?

Can i just cut these parts off and it will grow back new leaves.

I have attached the leaves before i left. And the plant now which has immensely grown in less than a week.
Please take note of the under side of leaves i thinknt hey are almost touching the soil. Is it time to repot?? Suggestions. Very new to growing any kind of plant

    Many thanks.

Personally I would re pot, roots are coming out the bottom. I'm sure the plant would enjoy it plus the nutes the new earth will bring.

Heres more photos... its deteriorating every day.

I wont be home for 3 more days. My housemate has no clue, i told her to water and update me. Some leaves are full drooped/dead... is this overwater?
