Can anyone please help me understand what happened with this?

Plant happy in popcorn, basically feeding from in at the top and from a reservoir of 2cm water.

I transplanted to aeropot, increased light from 350 to 450ppfd, nutrients changed from Formulex (PH 5.5 / EC 4) to Formulex + Rhizotonic + Cannazym (PH 5.5 / EC 4.4).

3 hours later she sadly passed away.

She had a rocky start and suffered a burnt root but bounced back. I think it was due to root damage and multiple stresses but I'm not sure.

I've dropped the light back to 350ppfd just in case. But I think I need to understand if the nutes killed the other one so unless someone tells me 100% it's nutes, then i'll let it run without changing.

These two were transplanted at the same time but suffered no previous root damage... how they looking?

Hmm wish I could help or offer some sort of insight here but I simply don't have any experience with this way of growing..looks like lack of oxygen to the roots at a guess but I hope someone with experience peeks in and offers a possible cause

She looks like she needs moisture .. I would top feed her, then get the roots misted manually and wet, repeat every few hours, same with the leaves and try and get humidity up.

Lot of work... or chalk it off.....

Looks dry as fuck mate, need a humidity dome. Chop the top off a litre coke bottle if you have nothing else to hand.
When you do things right, people wont be sure you've done anything at all.

Not ready to go in a resertoir yet that . Small seedlin like that needs constant moisture . I dont think a foam like that can stay moist for long .
    Best use rockwool tbh .
