Dirt cheap if you got some spices already just buy lentils.

Make yourself some hummus and grab a bag of crackers or vegetables. I try to keep my munch pretty healthy otherwise I'll balloon up. Not saying I haven't woke up and saw the carnage of a nights munch in the sink.

Carbonated water is my favourite these days. Its covers a beer and pop craving all at once. Been awhile since I've had either.

Mmmmmm sweet chilli hummus and toasted pita bread strips are good. Avocado hummus and carrot sticks are too. This is getting done!

Tuna mayo in warm pitta bread is surprisingly plain but satisfying if you're in to it, add some rabbit food if that floats ya boat

Im more a Sausage and fine cheese and veggy/fruit type snacker .
There are many artisanal sausage and cheese makers around here . Top notch stuff .no gmo and only the finest ingredients .

There is also a very fine Nut store here . Makes the nicest bags of nuts .... their beer nut mix is to die for lol

Ill occasionally buy a bag of potatoe chips when me and the wife have a few beers and play cards . But that shitty greasy shit makes my stomach turn tbh .

Not sure exactlt what youre looking for . Just keep it healthy man
