Soft water would suggest that your water EC is low...

If your mixed feed is 1.0 then that could be too high.

What is the EC of your water (so we can figure out the EC of your feed)

I'd flush & restart at around 0.3 (plus water 0.3 - so 0.6 EC in total)

There is no burn or nothing. I was useing calmag and there started to claw because of a N tox due to me obvs putting to much in i went to 1.2. So I I flushed them and this happened and still getting calmag issues I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place at the minute because I'm giving them what they need but they dont seem to be happy at all

My eyes are struggling to tell m8. But it dont look like a mag deff. Thats usually when the leaf margins start to go light but leaf veins stay green.
At this stage....it would not hurt to give em a wee flush if your overly concerned. Like MC says. Low Ec n build back up. A would be tempted to only use a calmag as a foliar spray at this stage.
But plants look droopy Dale. Which is usually a sign of a watering issue. Either not enough or too much. But if its coco, ad say you not watering enough?
