Well I'm the perfect test subject for the ivermectin seeing as how I have no B cell antibodies and can't develop an immune tighter to normal vaccines. I guess I'll just have to wait for more data to hear about these new vaccines whether they'll work for me or not. I'm not sure how you would train B cell antibodies that don't exist.

If either Ivermectin or HCQ had shown to be an effective treatment for covid 19 in clinical trials, the vaccines would not have got emergency use authorisation. In the UK, online veterinary pharmacies are doing a brisk trade in Ivermectin. (It's a horse wormer.) Who knew that so many city dwellers owned a horse?
Jab or no jab, everyone needs to make sure that they are not Vit D deficient. It's dirt cheap so no excuse. The nhs recommendation is for 400ui a day. 400ui of Vit D a day is enough to prevent rickets but not much else. What I did was start on 10,000ui a day. About 3 months in, my skin became itchy which is one of the side effects of Vit D toxicity. I went to 5,000ui a day and that seems the correct dosage for me. I caught a cold last week and it took me all of 4 hours to shake it off.

Is there an upper limit on Vit D before it becomes toxic (I know I could probably Google it but interested in what people say)

As with all medications/drugs, we can have too much of a good thing. The upper limit on Vit D is pretty high. Was a guy that took more than 50,000ui daily for almost 3 years and got permanent kidney damage. When diagnosed as Vit D deficient, (without supplementation, almost everyone is Vit D deficient,) the usual treatment is to batter it for a few months before dropping down. Highest I've heard recommended by a doc is 20,000ui a day and that's just to get that specific patient on an even keel before lowering the dosage.
Vit D lowers blood pressure so if you've got a BP machine, it's easy enough to keep a check on it. I've always had high BP and when on 10,000ui a day, it dropped to 109/79. That's scary low for me. On 5,000ui a day, my BP is ~120/89 which is good enough for a sedentary old fart.

My doctor recommends 10,000 IU per day 5 days a week and my wife's doctor prescribes 50,000 IU one time per week. The older you get the more they recommend.

So here is an interesting note for anybody that gets the moderna vaccine, my wife had her first moderna vaccine 12 days before I had symptoms of covet. She just tested negative, even though she's been living with me for a good 20 days of symptoms.
So we could attribute that to either the efficacy of the moderna vaccine or it could be that the ivermectin has kept my virus counts so low that she couldn't get a big enough inoculum for infection. Or it could be a little bit of both.

I put mushrooms out for an hour or 2, before eating for most of my vitamin D, and don’t really have a limit. I can eat 1 - 2 full packets in a day (about 20 IU) and probably have some fish too. Never had any issues. I bought a capsule press a few years back so I make my own blends of powders. Some of them each day in size 00;
He Shou Wu (50%) / Siberian Ginseng (50%) - x4 capsules daily (high in zinc, more than in red meats per g)
Turmeric (85%), ginger (10%) and black pepper (5%) - x1 - x2 capsules daily (turmeric is self explanatory, but ginger is really underrated for respiratory viruses)
Maca Root - x2 capsules daily. It’s rich in vitamin B2.
Brahmi - x2 capsules daily. This is good for the brain, and potential to prevent things like alzheimer's (study here https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12093601/)
I have other powders and bits that I’ll sometimes take periodically
I occasionally make a mixture of raw organic broccoli, cauliflower and red onion, chop it all up and mix it with an avocado mayonnaise (will add more lemon and vinegar depending on how much) and shake in some cayenne pepper spice and chomp it down. It’s a health powerhouse. High in choline, sulfur, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, calcium and manganese. The cayenne can help lower blood pressure and fight against colds and flus. Versatile dish as you can add in whatever you want but I find this is a tasty healthy dish, which can be difficult to achieve.
I’ve not been worried about covid. If out of shape oldies like Boris can get it and recover just fine, then it gives the rest of us much hope. The best thing about this is that it really has prompted us all to take a greater interest into our overall health and well-being

It looks like they're not doing the PCR test in my area and it appears that the antigen test is more accurate.
I had to take my wife into the hospital the day that I tested positive, she had taken a fall and needed some blood clotting factor. I did the check in at the hospital over the phone sitting in the parking lot and somebody came out all dressed up in protective gear and hauled her inside. She tested negative for cobid and she had the moderna vaccine about 12 days before I showed any symptoms.
