    Cant even tell you e.c either need to see plant to at least give a rough estimate . What e.c are you at now ?

    Hello Mull impossible to even speculate from the photographs.

    They are from REGULAR seeds and not the more common FEMINISEDS seeds ??
    TO GROW A PLANT YOU NEED TO THINK LIKE A PLANT

    Stipules grow on male and female plants. I dont know their purpose lol, but you can see them here on a male plant
