Default reddish branches / strange leaves / brown spots

    Hello growers!

I have been worried about this problems. I use autopot system (50% light mix ATAMI 50% perlite) and im growing 6 Northern Lights Auto RQS (4 weeks ) and the EC is around 0,5 now (1/2 of base nutrient for veg [ATAMI], 1/2 RootFast and 1/3 CalMag; since 18/03 in my reservoir) and the ph i maintain around 5.5 - 5.9 (everyday i check).

One thing that would help would be keeping your pH between 5.8 and 6.2 ish. Drifting up is much better than drifting down the difference between 5.5 and 5.8 is huge compared to 5.8 to 6.2 when you consider micro nutes and calcium. Red stems in flower are either cold or a micro nute can't remember which one. Crinkled leaves are usually environment or significant pH drift more down than up.

I've just been looking something up myself and those pics look like the pics I was just looking at for cold during lights off. Do you know your lights off temps?

Although those light leaves look like something else maybe?!

Max 30º when lights on and min, when lights off, is 18ºC. What do you think about that? Can i have problems with temperature beyond the reddish branches and low metabolism?

Thank you bro! I did this: 5l of water (4 ml of base nutrient [ATAMI Terra Leaves; recommended dose 1ml/l] + 2,7ml CalMag[0,1-1ml/l recommended dose]) ph: 5,8 Ec: 0,70. When i woke up this morning: Ph 6,4 Ec: 0,72 and they drank almost all the solution, but they dont get better... im very worried!!!
How long do you think this will take? I need to put more Cal Mag?

Check out this post and read the section about rising pH static EC and falling water level. well I put in a link but it didn't work let me see if I can find the correct one.

So you are describing the situation of falling water level EC is static or slightly rising and pH is rising significantly. The best thing to try would be lowering your EC a bit. I would focus on removing nitrogen-containing nutrients and upping your calcium which will probably give you a little bit more nitrogen too, since most mixtures of calcium and magnesium come from a nitrogen base to source.

PS I started growing autos and keeping my lights on 24/7 just to keep my environmental temperature and humidity stable. You have too much of a swing between daytime and nighttime temperatures. ideally your daytime temperatures would be controlled by a heavy duty fan that could shut off completely or slow down to about 30% during the nighttime temperatures and then maybe a small heater. if you are in an area where smell would be an issue then you don't want your fan to shut completely off. You will simply have to add more heat.
