This plant has been in veg for 7 weeks now... I transplanted her once with new soil... she’s growing like a mini version of a regular plant.. do you think she can go back to growing normal?

It’s a Royal CBD from RQS... I haven’t been able to grow any of their CBD seeds ... I only have 1 seed left of this strain so I would really like to save her... any advice? All my other plants are doing fantastic so it shouldn’t be the environment.. she’s 21cm high

She looks fine. Leaves show over and under feeding symptoms. But overall plant looks fine right now... I believe this cbd strain is small.

She’s under a 300w Meizhi LED... you might be right about the strain being small but this is like miniature haha
