    Default Answered: ph pen calibration

Got a new ph pen a few weeks ago but haven't calibrated it yet. I have the buffer solution but the instructions say use distilled water.

I don't have any at home... I have bottled spring water.

Is it possible to calibrate with that or tap water? Also have lots of snow melt I could use.

Thats ready to go and you will calibrate at 25 degrees."

    I have this solution.

Directions say to add distilled water to it. Wondering how vital distilled water is.
