Default Any ideas on a stubborn seed?

I’ve got a stubborn seed which sunk straight to the bottom and kicked out her taproot out within a few hours and had it in paper towel for a few days along with 3 other seeds and put them into Jiffy Pellet, 3 out of the four are on the way but this one seed is just sat still in the jiffy in a 1L pot, I’ve had it covered like a propagator any ideas on how I could help kick start her, how should I treat her lol, have I to water it as normal with run off and have her under the light along with the other plants or will this be to much, or do I persevere with propagator and hope for the best or do I just forget about her the poor thing, I very carefully removed the medium from around the shell to have a look and the root is still white, looks brownish on photo but is just a bit of medium/dirt, I’ve obviously covered it back over as she’s still sat in her shell,

Just bin it mate eh, waste of time? Why would that be though is it something I’ve , i done exactly the same thing to all 4 but only 3 worked out so far, shame I was looking forward to that plant as well, as I say it sunk instantly and kicked her taproot out within hours so why would she just stop like that when she hit the ground running should I say?

No need to apologise Gasher90, and you are absolutely good to ask as many questions as you want on your diary page

If you're having issues and you feel you need more opinions then feel free to open a thread in the 'cannabis Infirmary' section - Linky
